The ISO surveillance audit was successfully conducted at our office today, 23-06-206 by the external certification body auditor, covering the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The audit included a review of recruitment and manpower supply processes, client service performance, employee welfare and payroll systems, health and safety practices, and compliance with applicable legal requirements. The audit was conducted smoothly. A few minor observations and opportunities for improvement were noted. Overall, the audit was completed on a positive note, and we look forward to receiving the audit report with no major issues identified.
